Pinnacle names new Company Secretary

Pinnacle Investment Management Group (Pinnacle) has confirmed the appointment of Calvin Kwok as company secretary, effective 22 June 2017.

Kwok joined Pinnacle in 2014 as legal counsel and will continue in this role as he takes on his additional responsibilities.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, he practised as a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills with a focus on funds management, financial services, M&A and commercial transactions. Previously, he worked at UBS Global Asset Management and Deutsche Bank in Sydney and New York.

Kwok replaces former Pinnacle company secretary, Eleanor Padman, who left the firm in June to take on a similar role with Perpetual.
