Payton Capital, the private debt fund manager, has continued its hiring spree with two directors and a manager joining the Queensland office.

Banking specialists Simon Davis, Gary Parkin, and Sarah Jackson will join the borrower services team tasked with building strong relationships and delivering lending solutions to clients.

The appointments follow last month's recruitment of career banker Peter Loukas as state manager of Victoria and MaxCap Group's operating chief, Mark Heaven.

After almost 11 years at the Bank of Queensland, leading corporate banking, property finance and agribusiness teams, Davis has joined Payton as a senior relationship director.

At the Queensland lender, he grew the corporate and commercial property business in New South Wales and Victoria, later overseeing it in Queensland.

Parkin comes on board as a relationship director.

He brings a wealth of experience to Payton, drawing from a 17-year career at National Australia Bank.

Most recently, Parkin served as region manager for NAB business banking on the Gold Coast and assisted in establishing the commercial real estate business.

Finally, Sarah Jackson has joined as a senior relationship manager from NAB, where she held a senior associate role.

Jackson has extensive experience in business banking, corporate agribusiness, and deal structure and execution, focusing on property.

She also worked in customer engagement and financial solutions at the lender.
