Paradice adds distribution head

Paradice Investment Management has appointed Stephen Bramley as its new head of institutional distribution.

Bramley joins from Pacific Current Group where he's spent the last nine years as managing director of business development. He's also held senior business development roles with Mercer, Russell Investment Group, and MLC Implemented Consulting.

Paradice managing director David Paradice said they were delighted to welcome Bramley to the team. "His institutional distribution experience across multi-manager asset consulting and boutique managers is quite unique, and we are glad to have him on board."

Paradice said the organisation's 2-year-old, US-based emerging markets equities team has built a track record of alpha generation. "We have been fortunate to have wonderful clients happy to back new teams that we bring into the business and the Emerging Markets teams are off to a great start for them. Stephen's appointment will help our distribution efforts not only with this new strategy but the other capabilities we offer clients."

Bramley said that he's excited to join the boutique manager. "Having started my career in mult-manager before moving into the multi-boutique space, I see joining a boutique as the natural next step for me. David and the team have built a fantastic business and I am looking forward to working closely with him and each investment team as we continue to serve clients."
