OneVentures appoints former Merrill Lynch M&A Head

Venture capital firm, OneVentures, has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of Grant Chamberlain as a principal, effective November 2017.

According to OneVentures, in this role he will "strengthen the firm's investment team and support their portfolio of technology and healthcare sector companies."

Previously, Chamberlain was head of mergers and acquisitions and financial sponsors at Merrill Lynch, a role that he held from June 2013. Prior to this, he held the same role with Nomura and previously spent 12 years as a managing director with Deutsche Bank.

Commenting on his appointment at OneVentures, a spokesperson said: "we are delighted to have him on board!"
