NSX adds director

The National Stock Exchange of Australia has added Kelly Humphreys as a non-executive director for the organisation.

Humphreys is currently a director for Raiz Invest and a commissioner for the Victorian Building Authority. She's held senior roles in finance and insurance, including head of assurance at Liberty Financial and GM for marketing and operations at Aon.

NSX chair Tim Hart said, "Kelly's industry and corporate governance experiences will bring a heightened level of governance proficiency to the NSX, as we drive to update our systems to make the NSX easier to do business with and hence increase liquidity. I look forward to Kelly making a significant contribution to the Board and the Company."
