Nick Evans has confirmed to IM his move to head up the Australian arm of global real estate manager TIAA Henderson Real Estate (TH Real Estate). Evans moved to Australia in July 2012 to take up the role of executive director at Henderson Global Investors Sydney office, after a seven year stint as director of indirect property at Henderson's London office.
