New role for Phillips at ANZ

Joyce Phillips, who joined ANZ in 2009, has moved from her role as chief executive global wealth to group executive, wealth, marketing and innovation. Phillips will be responsible for ANZ's insurance, investments and private banking businesses as well as group marketing and innovation.

The move was announced in a statement from ANZ, chief executive officer Shayne Elliott regarding changes to the bank's senior leadership team.
