ClearView Wealth Limited has appointed its former head of product, Renee Hancock, to the newly-created role of head of research and development.
In a statement, the firm said that Hancock will support the distribution team in continuing to grow sales, improving customer retention and expanding relationships with the IFA community. She will report to ClearView GM of distribution Chris Blaxland-Walker
Jeffrey Scott, former BT Financial Group senior product development manager, has succeeded Hancock as head of product.
