New Independent Director for Charter Hall

Charter Hall Group has announced the appointment of Karen Moses as an independent director of the Charter Hall Group, effective 1 September 2016.

Moses' appointment follows the retirement of David Deverall in February 2016.

Currently Moses is the executive director, finance and strategy at Origin Energy and is responsible for corporate strategy, finance, transactions, safety and environment, risk, compliance and insurance. Prior to this she held senior positions with Boral Energy, Exxon and BP.

Charter Hall chair, David Clarke, said he was pleased to welcome Moses to the board and looked forward to her contribution.
