New Head of Equities for BTIS

James McSkimming has confirmed to Industry Moves his new role as head of equities with BT Investment Solutions (BTIS), reporting to recently-appointed BT Financial Group (BTFG) chief investment officer, Martyn Wild.

McSkimming was previously head of research at Russell Investments, a role he departed in September 2016 after 12 years with the firm.

Editor's note: McSkimming's appointment is one of several changes to BTFG's investment team recently reported in the trade media. BT is yet to confirm the details of these moves.
