Vanguard Australia has announced that Colin Kelton will depart as managing director, Australia to take up a new role as global head of marketing, based in the firm's headquarters in Philadelphia.
Kelton, who has led the Australian business since July 2015, joined Vanguard in 1990 as a service associate and was previously head of Vanguard's US retail marketing & communications group.
The transition to his new role is expected to be complete by August 2018.
