New Chair for Praemium

Praemium has announced the appointment of new chair, Barry Lewin, following the results of a general meeting held on 12 May 2017.

Shareholders voted to remove outgoing chair, Greg Camm, who joined the board in September 2016.

In a statement to the ASX, Praemium also announced the removal of directors, Robert Edgley, Peter Mahler and Andre Carstens, who are to be replaced by Stuart Robertson and Daniel Lipshut.

Commenting on the changes, Camm said: "The shareholders have spoken and a new board is appointed. Praemium is a good business with very good people and the outgoing board give Lewin and his colleagues our best wishes in governing the company."
