New CFO for Equity Trustees

Equity Trustees (EQT) has announced the appointment of Philip Gentry as chief financial officer, replacing Terry Ryan who is retiring from the role.

Gentry has more than 25 years' experience in financial services, with his most recent role as CFO of Grocon. Prior to this he held positions including managing director of Agrium Asia Pacific, CFO of AWB and a number of leadership positions at ANZ Bank in the areas of Corporate Banking, International Trade Finance and Investor Relations.

He will commence in the CFO role at Equity Trustees early in 2016 when he completes his existing employment obligations.
