Morrison & Co hires from ISPT

Susannah Bourke, an investor relations executive at ISPT, has joined New Zealand-headquartered infrastructure investor, Morrison Co in a similar role.

As director of investor solutions, Bourke will focus on relationship management for Morrison's Australian clients, including leading capital raising and new product development.

She spent 13 years with ISP investing and developing office, retail, industrial, education, health and residential property in Australia.

In her new role, Bourke will report to Sarah Cable, the investor's head of investor solutions who arrived five years ago from Lendlease Investment Management.

Previous roles include investment manager at Hermes Real Estate Investment Management, principal surveyor at DTZ, and property finance analyst at ANZ, AMP and ING Bank

"We'll be working closely together to support and develop solutions for our Australian clients as they continue to grow and evolve their infrastructure portfolios," said Cable.

In a LinkedIn post, the alternative asset manager continued: "Susannah brings significant valuable experience from her previous roles, which span the unlisted property and funds management sectors.

"We are focused on providing superior levels of service to our clients and delivering opportunities for all our clients to grow their global infrastructure portfolios with us. Susannah shares our client-centric and transparent approach to relationship management.

Morrison & Co last year introduced a new partnership model, which saw the appointment of 14 inaugural partners, five of which live in Singapore, Switzerland, the UK and the US.
