Position: Director - Manager Research Ratings - Asia-Pacific
Morningstar has appointed Chris Douglas as the firm's new director of manager research ratings, Asia-Pacific.
He will be responsible for leading the manager research and ratings team in both Australia and New Zealand.
Commenting on the appointment, Morningstar global practice leader, manager research, Grant Kennaway said: "Chris is returning to our market after two years working as a senior leader in our North American data business. He previously jointly led our local manager research team for many years, and so has extensive knowledge of Australian and New Zealand fund managers and funds."
Douglas replaces former director, Kathryn Young, who was promoted to the role in April 2016.
