Morningstar has confirmed to Industry Moves a recent news report that Commonwealth Bank's executive manager of research, Aman Ramrakha, has been appointed as the research firm's new director, manager research ratings APAC.
Ramrakha will join Morningstar on October 2, after 11 years with the Commonwealth Bank, and will succeed Chris Douglas who departed in August following 12 years in the role.
As previously reported, Morningstar managing director, Australasia, Jamie Wickham, said: "We're excited to have Aman join the Morningstar team. He brings a strong background across research and managing teams, along with knowledge of advice and working with licensees and advisers."
