MLC Asset Management has appointed Tom Keenan as head of retail distribution.
Keenan returns to Australia from Singapore where he was the regional head of Robeco's Asian wholesale operations, excluding Japan. He'd been in that role since 2018.
MLC's general manager of asset management distribution Mandy Mannix said, "Mr Keenan brings significant experience in intermediary distribution and sales leadership and we are pleased to have someone of his calibre join MLC."
Keenan spent more than a decade with BlackRock in a variety of roles in both Australia and Singapore. Most recently, he was the head of private banking distribution. He also held business development and accounts roles with Fidelity and Colonial First State.
