Milford Asset Management has appointed Sydney-based Carolyn Colley to the board as a non-executive director.
Colley brings more than 30 years of Australian financial services sector knowledge formed through leadership roles at KPMG, BT Financial, Asgard Wealth Solutions, St George, and Macquarie.
She is also an independent non-executive director of the settlement and clearing boards of the Australian Securities Exchange, IOOF's Superannuation Trustees, Smartgroup, and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Colley is deputy chair of Liverpool Neighbourhood Connections, a community-based not-for-profit organisation.
Milford Chairman, Mark Cross said her deep Australian experience in wealth management, financial advice, and technology will add significant value to Milford as it continues its strong growth in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
