Milford Asset Management has hired Alexander Whight as their first Australian-based global equities manager.
Whight joins Milford from AustralianSuper where he has been a portfolio manager since 2018, and with the fund for five years. He also has experience at JP Morgan and Tyndall Asset Management.
Commenting to Financial Standard, Milford says they're looking to expand their offering this year, and expect to roll out a new strategy. The fund will launch their flagship Diversified Income Fund in Australia in April.
