Workers insurance group iCare has hired current partner and chief investment officer at Mercer Australia, Kylie Willment, to their board as a non-executive director.
"Kylie brings a specialisation in investment management to the icare Board and a passion for organisational health, recognising the importance of good governance and a strong culture," iCare chair John Robertson said.
Willment has nearly three decades experience across public and private sector organisations and was previously at NSW Treasury Corporation (TCorp).
"She holds a master's degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), has served as a Director of the CIMA Society of Australia and has also been a member of the Investment and Wealth Institute's Global Certification Commission," Robertson added.
Virginia Malley has also been appointed to the board.
