Mercer hires a new solutions lead

After 12 years with State Street David Hunter has landed at Mercer where he will sell the firm's investment solutions

The asset consultant said as an investments growth leader, Hunter will work with clients - from super funds and insurers to not-for-profits and family offices - to help them find investment solutions that meet their objectives.

He was part of the institutional equities sales and trading team at State Street Global Markets.

Earlier, he was an authorised representative of Count.

"We're delighted to welcome David Hunter to the Mercer Australia team," said Mercer's head of investment solutions for the Pacific Craig Hughes.

"I want to thank everyone who was part of a journey that saw us start a family, live in both Sydney and Hong Kong, gaining a wealth of memories and friends," Hunter said on LinkedIn.

"While the experience gained along the way has been invaluable I hope you can join me in some form to continue the adventure as I pursue the next challenge."
