Mercer promotes Chief Customer and Marketing Officer

Mercer has confirmed that Renée McGowan, chief customer & marketing officer, "has been promoted to the role of global defined contribution & financial wellness leader and will join the Global Business Solutions Team.

McGowan has been with Mercer for 10 years and has 17 years' experience in financial services across Asia, Europe and the Pacific, specialising in customer service, business strategy and marketing. She was appointed to the role of chief customer & marketing officer in September 2015.

McGowan has relocated to New York and will commence in her new role in 2017.
