Mehmet joins Qualitas Group

Kivanch Mehmet has been appointed co-head of institutional capital at Qualitas Group. Mehmet was previously head of wholesale investor relations at Charter Hall for four years.

Qualitas Group will use Mehmet's 16 years experience in real estate funds advisory and capital raising, across multiple geographies, to drive the group's institutional capital strategy. His appointment reflects institutional investors' growing interest in alternative real estate strategies, including real estate debt.

Mehmet joined Qualitas Group mid May and has been replaced at Charter Hall by Kim Barnes.

Prior to joining Charter Hall Mehmet held senior roles at MaxCap Group, JLL and NAB.
