ME Bank has announced the appointment of Mark Gay as its new chief information officer (CIO), with responsibility for completing and capitalising on the bank's $70m technology transformation program. Gay will commence the new role in January 2015, replacing current CIO Kathryn Hawkins who is stepping down this month. Gay was previously GE's Australian-based chief technology officer from 2009 to 2012.
