New Sydney-based private equity firm, Adamantem Capital, has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of Andrew Bullock as managing director, effective July 2017.
Bullock will join from law firm Gilbert + Tobin where he specialises in mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings and complex joint ventures as both a partner and head of the firm's corporate advisory team.
Before joining Gilbert + Tobin, he spent three years as a partner of MinterEllison and prior to that spent three years in the London office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
