MaxCap Group grows investment teams

MaxCap Group has appointed Joe Vincent as its director of direct investment.

Reporting to head of direct investment Simon Hulett, Vincent will be responsible for finding new equity investment opportunities with joint venture partners and oversee transactions in NSW and QLD.

Vincent joins the commercial real estate investment manager from Lendlease where he spent nine years, most recently as a development director in Italy. He first joined Lendlease as a development manager in Melbourne and held roles with the organisation in Sydney and Boston.

Vincent started his real estate career selling properties with R&W in Sydney's Double Bay. He also ran his own development and brokerage business in Sydney.

Vincent is joined at MaxCap by Leyla Sacks, who has been named associate director of private capital and Matthew Smith, director of investment. "These key appointments will complement the strength of our existing team," said David Oudshoorn, State Director NSW. "We are delighted to be able to attract high quality candidates who bring outstanding experience in their areas of expertise. They will help us deliver a new phase of expansion for MaxCap in the NSW market."
