Matthew Fogarty has left as national practive development manager of van Eyk to join ipac in the new role of head of advice and business optimisation. Fogarty will be responsible for the development and implementation of ipac's advice propositions. Fogary was a founding partner at practice consultancy firm The Encore Group which was sold to van Eyk in 2011.
