Managed Accounts Holdings appoints company secretary

Managed Accounts Holdings Limited, which owns managed discretionary account specialist managedaccounts.com.au, has appointed corporate lawyer Jillian McGregor as company secretary ahead of its listing on the Australian Securities Exchange. McGregor previously held senior positions at law firms K&L Gates (Middletons) and Baker & McKenzie,
