Magellan promotes portfolio manager to deputy CIO

Following Magellan Financial Group's recent appointments of Dr Brett Cairns as executive chair and Hamish Douglass as chief investment officer, the group has announced the promotion of Dom Giuliano to the role of deputy chief investment officer. He will work closely with Douglass on investment strategy and will have primary responsibility for the research initiation and review process. Giuliano will also lead the development of potential new investment management products for Magellan and will continue as a member of the financials team.
