Magellan has announced that chief operating officer, Nerida Campbell, has left the firm, effective January 2017.
Campbell joined Magellan in 2006 as one of the Group's first employees and during her time with the firm also held the roles of chief financial officer, company secretary and director.
A spokesperson for Magellan confirmed that Campbell's role would not be replaced, with her responsibilities instead redistributed amongst members of the senior management team.
In a statement, Magellan CEO and chief investment officer, Hamish Douglass, said that Campbell had been "instrumental in the development and success of Magellan over the past decade."
"We will miss Nerida and wish her all the best in her next chapter."
