Acadian Asset Management has announced the appointment of Zhe Chen as associate portfolio manager, research, effective November 2017.
Previously, Chen was a senior analyst on the quantitative research team at Macquarie Securities.
Acadian has also announced the appointment of Jean-Christophe (JC) de Beaulieu as head of investments, Australia.
Commenting on their appointments, Acadian's CEO of Australia, Andrew Hair, said: "We're delighted to have JC and Zhe join the team. The expansion of the investment team in Australia also reflects our recent growth, with assets managed for clients in the region growing significantly over the last four years to over $7.5bn."
