LUCRF Super names CFO

Australia's first industry fund, LUCRF Super, has appointed Therese Kenny as its chief financial officer, effective October 2017.

In this role, Kenny will be responsible for leading the finance team in financial, taxation, budgetary and regulatory reporting.

She joins the $5.6 billion fund from HOSTPLUS where she spent five years in a variety of roles including group executive of finance, risk and operations. Prior to that, she was at accounting firm EY for 15 years within the assurance practice, focusing on financial services clients.

Commenting on her appointment at LUCRF, CEO, Charlie Donnelly, said: "Therese Kenny is a great addition to the LUCRF Super executive team. Her experience is integral to our ongoing success and I have no doubt she will make a valuable contribution to the fund."
