LGIAsuper has announced the retirement of member representative director, Noel Cass, after almost 20 years of service, effective 30 June 2018.

Cass first served as a director of the fund (then known as LG Super) from 1995-2004, before re-joining the board in July 2008. He is a member of both the fund's audit and risk management committee and remuneration, HR and nominations committee.

Commenting on his departure, and that of fellow retiring member representative directors, Fiona Connor and Ron Curtis, LGIAsuper chair, John Smith, paid tribute to their "long and dedicated service, particularly their hard work in helping steer the fund through its transition to a public offer fund in 2017."

They are to be succeeded by incoming directors, Jennifer Sanders, Ray Burton and Ros Heit, who will commence their four-year terms on 1 July 2018.
