LGS adds two new board members, chair; former chair moves to deputy role

The board of Local Government Super (LGS) has named its first independent chairperson, Kyle Loades, along with an independent director, Sandi Orleow. Outgoing chair Bruce Miller, meanwhile, moves to the deputy chair role.
The change comes after the $12 billion superannuation fund amended its constitution in June in response to meeting APRA's expectations.
