Life insurer AIA Australia has announced the expansion of its strategic partnerships team with the appointment of Kristen Lennis-Harvey as its head of strategic partnerships. Her responsibilities include managing AIA Australia's relationships with licensees, aggregators and platforms. Lennis-Harvey has over 19 years' experience in financial services and joins the team from her most recent role at Zurich, where she was national strategic account manager. She is one of two new hires and two new promotions for the team.
