The former Ellerston head of institutional sales and client relations, Melinda Carter, is the new head of marketing for L1 Capital.
Carter recently spent time as an institutional consultant, working with funds including HESTA and Aware Super.
This is a return to marketing for Carter, who headed product marketing with during her 11 years with global investment manager GAM.
Carter's appointment is part of a push by the independent global investment manager to expand its product reach after appointing Chris Clayton as head of distribution earlier this year.
