Date: August 2017
Position: Chief Behavioural Officer

Soon to be launched boutique super fund, Zuper, has confirmed the appointment of Kris White as chief behavioural officer, effective August 2017.

In this role, White is responsible for helping to embed behavioural psychology principles into Zuper's product design, education, outreach and research, "all with the intent of helping people understand and improve their relationship with money," according to the fund.

Prior to joining Zuper, White held various roles including as a qualitative research director at strategic insights company the Leading Edge in Sydney and as a consulting director at YouGov Special Projects in Iraq.

Commenting on his appointment, CEO, Jessica Ellerm said: "At Zuper we believe it's time to address how the nature of wealth creation is changing for a new generation of Australians, a generation who think and behave very differently to their parents when it comes to money. We think the old ways of wealth creation need to be reinterpreted and rethought. Having Kris on board is central to us being able to deliver on this, through quantitative and qualitative research that then drives great and innovative product."

The choice led fund is set to be launched in September this year with a focus on tech-savvy members.
