Warakirri Asset Management has confirmed the retirement of managing director, John Nolan, effective March 2017.
Nolan founded Warakirri Asset Management in 1993.
Previously, he established John A Nolan & Associates (now JANA Investment Advisers) in 1987, which he sold to NAB in 2000. Prior to this he was a director of finance and administration at the State Electricity Corporation of Victoria.
He is currently a member of the REST Investment Committee, a role he has held since 2003.
He is succeeded at Warakirri Asset Management by former head of distribution at Franklin Templeton, Jim McKay.
