JBWere appoints General Manager - Products & Markets

Ariane Barker has joined JBWere as general manager - products & markets. Her appointment is one of three new appointments across the firm's advice, products & markets and operations teams.

Barker has more than 20 years' experience in international capital markets and finance and has previously worked at Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and HSBC. Her most recent executive role was vice president - equities in Hong Kong, a role which focused on the Institutional Client Global equity build for HSBC Asia.

JBWere's other new appointees are Neville Azzopardi as general manager - advice, and Gerrik Gratz as head of operations and strategic delivery.
