James Soutter to head Perennial International

James Soutter has been appointed head of Perennial International, with responsibility for the management of Perennial's core international and Asian equities portfolios. Soutter has over 18 years' investment management experience having worked for major global asset managers such as JP Morgan and Fidelity, in Australia and London.
