ISPT Chair steps down

Unlisted property fund manager, Industry Superannuation Property Trust (ISPT), has announced the departure of its chair, James Cain, effective 1 May 2018.

Cain, who was appointed chair in 2009, has been replaced by independent board member, Rosemary Hartnett.

Cain has more than 25 years' experience as an executive in property and major capital works projects in both the public and private sectors.

He previously worked in senior executive roles with Lend Lease for more than 12 years and was executive director of Major Projects Victoria, the state government's major capital works delivery agency, between 2001-2006.
