ISPT adds to Canberra team

Industry Super Property Trust has hired Zoe Ferrari to help build its presence in the nation's capital.

The new investment manager will work with senior development manager Arabella Rohde who joined last December, and investment manager Dearne Cleary who has been with the real estate investor since November 2019.

She joins from CBRE, where she spent the last five years as state director for New South Wales and the ACT.

During her time with the commercial real estate services and investments giant, Ferrari worked in property management, sales leasing, and project fit-out delivery.

ISPT partnership specialist Letitia Hope said Ferrari has an exceptional track record in creating prestigious places to work.
