iPartners has appointed Jen Dalitz to its board as an independent non-executive director.

Dalitz is the former chief executive of Women in Banking and Finance and an experienced board director currently serving on the board of Qudos Bank, where she is also chair of the risk committee and member of their governance & remuneration committee.

The firm said her expertise spans the full spectrum of retail banking, business banking and wealth management, adding that Dalitz has led wide-ranging customer strategy and change programs, complex business units, and diverse boards and management teams.

iPartners chair Bob Mansfield said: "Jen's deep experience at both a strategic and operational level during her more than 25-year career in the finance sector will be invaluable to iPartners as we grow our business and pursue our mission to democratise alternative assets through our state of the art investment platform."

'It is great to be welcoming Jen onto our Board at this exciting time in the Company's growth trajectory," added chief executive Travis Miller.

'We believe Jen will be able to contribute enormously, not only through her banking and finance expertise but through reinforcing our open and diverse culture and ensuring we are focused on our key strategic goals in the medium to long term."

Commenting on the appointment, Dalitz said she looks forward to working with such a "high quality" organisation with "huge capability" in private market investment opportunities.
