Following a strategic review of AMP's financial planning businesses in late 2014, Tim Steele has stepped down as managing director of ipac and Gensys (now closed) and left the firm. Kevin Stone, managing director of Charter has also stepped down.
Replacing both Steele and Stone is Tim Mitchell-Adams who has been appointed managing director of Charter and ipac and will report to AMP group executive advice and banking Rob Caprioli.
