IOOF director retires

After more than 14 years, Jane Harvey has retired from the IOOF Holdings Ltd board.

She will remain a director of various IOOF subsidiary boards, according to a statement from the company to the ASX. "Jane retires from the IOOF Board with the best wishes of the IOOF Group Staff and Directors. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Harvey for her valuable and substantial contribution to the organisation", the statement reads.

"Ms Harvey has served the Company and its Shareholders as a director for many years and has been an outstanding contributor to driving IOOF's significant growth through both organic growth initiatives and M&A, as well as driving ongoing enhancements to governance structures and approaches."

Harvey joined the IOOF board in 2005. She also holds directorships with Bupa and Colonial Foundation Trust, and in the past has been a director for Medibank and David Jones, among others. She was also a partner at PwC.
