Venardos chair joins Kyckr board

Former IOOF Chair George Venardos has joined the board of ASX-listed anti-money-laundering fintech Kyckr.

Venardos brings significant industry executive experience including as executive director and CFO with IAG. He's held several board positions since leaving IAG including with IAG UK, BlueGlass, and IOOF. Since 2008, Venardos has been a director with Australian Executor Trustees Limited.

Rajarshi Ray, who joined the board at the end of 2020, will replace Benny Higgins as the organisation's new chair. "We were fortunate to have the experience and support of Mr Higgins and Ms [Jacquiline] Kilgour and thank them for their considerable service to Kyckr. The new appointment of Mr Venardos will support the continued transformation to "Kyckr 2.0" being executed by the CEO and his team, and we look forward to the continued acceleration in the turnaround of the Company's performance."
