IOOF appoints new National Manager - IOOF Alliances

IOOF has announced the appointment of Andy Marshall as national manager, IOOF Alliances, effective 30 May 2017.

In this role, Marshall will work closely with the broader specialist team and internal stakeholders, and be responsible for delivering services and support to the firm.

Marshall joins from SuiteBox Solutions where he was head of sales for APAC. Prior to this he was head of sales strategies and research at Zurich Financial Services Australia and also spent seven years as a financial planner.

Commenting on his appointment, IOOF head of specialist solutions, Daniel Dalton, said: "Andy is well credentialed to lead and grow our Alliance offering and will be focused on ensuring it continues to evolve with the requirements of our Alliance partners."

"Andy is passionate about advice and advisers, and seeks out insights into what clients want and how advisers can deliver experiences that drive advocacy and loyalty."

Marshall replaces Erik Quak, who held the role for three months before being appointed head of practice growth at Bridges Financial Services in December 2016.
