The life insurer has welcomed several new hires to its distribution, operations and customer experience teams.

First up, John Rojas has been appointed business development manager for New South Wales.

Rojas joins from MLC Life Insurance, where he was the business development manager for three states, including New South Wales,

At Integrity, he is tasked with promoting the retail product range.

Before his five years with MLC, he headed up strategy and advice at Anne Street Partners, was regional manager at BT Financial Group and worked as a financial planner at Westpac.

Commenting, Rojas said he was drawn to Integrity's fresh, agile approach to bringing life insurance solutions to everyday Australians.

Meanwhile, Amie Pachos has been promoted to the newly created role of national partnerships manager for retail after serving as the insurer's sales strategy and enablement manager.

Pachos will lead the firm's engagement with key strategic retail licensee partners.

She arrived at Integrity five years ago from CommInsure, where she spent about three years.

Earlier, she worked at AMP looking after SMSF solutions.

A third recruit, Michelle Bennie joins Integrity's distribution team as head of corporate partnerships.

Like Rojas, she arrived from MLC Life where she held several roles in distribution and legal.

Bennie will look after Integrity's relationship with Coverforce, Australian Retirement Trust and Australian Group Insurances.

Additionally, the insurer has hired Gail Jones as head of underwriting innovation and quality standards, Neil Borthwick as the senior claims manager and Rebeka Kendall as process optimisation manager.

Commenting on the new hires, Integrity's general manager of sales, marketing and customer experience Russell Hannah said: "A number of these newly created roles are in direct response to the positive progress we are making as a fresh, emerging alternate insurer in the Australian life insurance market."

"These changes reflect the significant growth experienced by the insurer while also responding to the evolving expectations that today's Partners and customers have from their insurance providers," he added.
