Gerard Kerr is set to join ClearView Wealth as general manager of life insurance. Kerr has been with Zurich since the organisation's acquisition of OnePath in June 2019.
Kerr started with ANZ as head of retail risk insurance for ANZ Wealth in 2008 and was named head of life insurance in 2014. He was also the head of claims at and life product development with Asteron.
In his new role, Kerr will be responsible for Clearview's end-to-end life insurance business.
Kerr is one of several senior management appointments announced by ClearView, including Deborah Lowe being transitioned from GM of people and operations to GM of wealth management.
Nadine Gooderick will join the fund as GM of Transformation from Reinsurance Group of America.
Details of the appointments will be provided at the organisation's AGM in November.
