InPayTech completes Comply Path acquisition, expands board

Following the acquisition of Comply Path, InPayTech has expanded its board to include two new positions. Trent Lund and Randolf Clinton have been appointed as two new non-executive directors.

Emma Dobson has also been appointed, replacing Sandra Barns.

Lund has significant experience in was a director of Comply Path Holdings prior to the acquisition, having been appointed to the position in mid-2020. He spent more than 15 years with PwC, 11 as a partner. Lund worked with the digital change team, which transformed ideas into consumer-relevant commercial ventures.

In addition to his internal roles, Lund advised companies on technology trends, risk, and transformation.

Lund's appointment is effective from 28 January.
